Atmanirbharta in Naval & Material Technologies
DefTech group is a collective of defence veterans and professionals with extensive expertise across diverse domains, actively engaged in nation-building.
As a part of a small contribution towards a holistic nation building initiative under Viksit Baharat, we provide our assessments and recommendations on the various projects relevant to the authorities.
In recent past we have submitted comprehensive reports on the following:
- Formation of Defence Industrial Corridor in Maharashtra
- Formation of Naval Base and Ship building and ship repair facilities at Vadhawan Port
- Sourcing of rare earth elements and arranging Joint Ventures with Australian Mines and generation of filtering and processing facilities in India.
- First Defence Tech Conclave was conducted on 8th August 202 at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Auditorium, Pune. It aimed to bring together leading professionals and experts from the defence services including shipbuilders, Austrade and local industries to share their knowledge and expertise on the latest trends and innovations and help the Navy and the Ship-Builders in sources development and support the local Pune industry.
